Level B - the basement, has two Music Rooms designed for listening to music in small groups, and the Sound Alcove zone, where people can appreciate music comfortably in a personal space.
STRADEUM selects programs, on a monthly basis, for you to listen to in the Music Room.
In the cozy and comfortable Sound Alcove, you can enjoy listening to music without any disturbance and use it like your own personal music room.
The Sound Gallery, on the 1st floor, is a space for exhibiting the collaboration between music and visual images. This space provides an opportunity not only for listening to music, but also for joyfully watching, and reading it. You can enjoy selected pieces of music according to the intention, and topic of the exhibition through the Astell&Kern high quality stereo systems. Reception Feel free to ask any questions about STRADEUM and its special space for listening to music.
You can receive information regarding program details for music listening and lectures, as well as information regarding membership. You can also make reservations for programs and purchase tickets.
The STRADEUM Studio is an outstanding acoustic space designed by Sam Toyoshima. This recording studio is not only the home of music, but also a venue for live concerts and talk shows with artists. You can enjoy music anytime because music programs, selected by theme, are always ongoing. The STRADEUM Studio is the heart of STRADEUM and creates an emotional connection with music. Listen & Watch The STRADEUM Studio offers Listen && Watch, a program designed for listening to music. The full-time music curators explain to you the diverse music genres such as classical music, jazz, international pop music, and K-pop, along with a MQS Focus - designed for playing high quality sound tracks and New Releases. Here you can learn about newly released albums Live & Talk Through the STRADEUM Studio, you can see and meet artists up close. This gives you a chance to become more familiar with music through stories about music-loving celebrities.
You can learn about artists’ albums in detail in this special space. Recording The STRADEUM Studio is the highest level recording studio designed and supervised by Sam Toyoshima, who is famous for designing world-class recording studios such as Abbey Road Studios in the UK and Victor Studio in Japan. Korea’s top engineers are responsible for the task of recording. People like the tone-meister Jin Choi, Producer Jeong-Oh Yun, who has recorded numerous Korean pop music albums, and Jae-Hun Lee and Byeong-Jun Hwang who received the Grammy Award for Best Engineered Recording in 2012.
Located on the 4th floor, the Rooftop Lounge is a space for relaxing, while listening to music over coffee.
All visitors to STRADEUM are provided with complimentary coffee and beverages.
※ STRADEUM serves the coffee of Paul Bassett, a specialty coffee shop. How to use the Rooftop Lounge Choose either regular coffee (Hot or Iced) or tea.
